Naturalness

The Nei Dao Center was born from the desire to share the teachings of my life path.
Let me introduce myself:
My name is Laura Uttaro and I have always had the need to want to grasp that something more that life could give.
These feelings led me to delve into the holistic world; A world made of energy, peace, contact...
I met several extraordinary people: From renowned pranotherapists to simple people who had instinctively developed their gift: The ability to make people feel better.
The characteristic that I have found in these teachings has always been the naturalness and spontaneity of these things.
These sensations welled up from within

Il Percorso di Laura
One of these people, a fantastic operator of CranioSacral Technique, immediately recognized my potential and directed me towards Reiki courses.
After doing the first and second level of this discipline, I still didn't feel satisfied isfied with what I was doing.

So my instinct naturally guided me towards a discipline that is one of the cornerstones of my growth path:
The Tai Ji Quan martial art.
This unknown word took me to a course in Gaeta where I met Maestro Costantino Valente and...
I saw Another world.
A world of discipline, serious study and enormous benefits for myself.

Tai Ji Quan
Tai Ji Quan is a martial art. This discipline has its roots in the culture and life in ancient China.
The practitioner studies a series of movements which, in addition to being useful for:
-
Health,
-
Abilities,
-
Self-defense,
Through movement they teach to a Human, a Living Being, the harmony and cyclicality of nature and in particular the living energies that permeate things

I was on the right path and with the right people!
For several years I trained with the Master and his students. I became so passionate about this Art that I became an instructor and tech this knowledge to others.

Nei Qi Gong
In the school lead by Shifu Costantino Valente, in addition to Tai Ji Quan,
I found another very precious resource: Nei Qi Gong
The Master accepted me as a student and then, after much, much effort as a teacher (Jiaoshi).
Nei Qi Gong compared to Tai Ji Quan emphasizes the work with energy. The Qi work.
The practice of this discipline has put me in contact with subtle energies and a wonderful world that we have before our eyes.
A delicate and harmonious world

And the study goes on... Always!
My desire to help people and my inner drive led me to explore other fields of Holistic knowledge:
